Since opening his first law office in 2003, Mr. Swigart has been dedicated to representing individuals in California and nationwide, with a particular focus on class actions, privacy rights, and financial consumer protection. A passionate advocate for access to justice, Mr. Swigart has provided substantial pro bono legal services to underserved individuals across Southern California and has donated significant funds to legal aid organizations and law schools through Cypress Awards and other philanthropic efforts. Born and raised in Orange County, California, Mr. Swigart earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California at Riverside, with a double emphasis in Accounting and Finance. He went on to attend California Western School of Law on an academic scholarship, graduating cum laude. Mr. Swigart is licensed to practice law in California, Washington D.C., Washington State, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
