Jon Paul is the General Counsel of Cardinal Financial Company, and an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters. In his role as General Counsel at Cardinal Financial Company, he manages the legal department, overseeing litigation, corporate structuring, human resources, and compliance. Previously, Jon has broad legal experience, serving in-house as Chief Legal Officer at W.J. Bradley Mortgage, and gaining civil litigation experience at the boutique mortgage law firm, Bloom Murr Accomazzo & Siler, PC. He began his legal career serving as a Deputy District Attorney for Colorado’s 18th Judicial District, where he tried over 30 jury trials. Jon earned his J.D. cum laude from Quinnipiac University Law School and holds a B.S. in Secondary English Education and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Beyond his legal career, he enjoys traveling with his family, playing basketball and musical instruments, and attending his kid’s sports, dance and music events.
